Welcome to Cowgirl Kelly
My Story
Kelly Lee Harper is the 9 year old daughter of Rick and Tica Harper of Inverness Florida. She has grown up on a cattle ranch doing her share of the work.
In her free time Kelly enjoys riding and training horses. She owns 2 horses right now. One is a young gelding she is trying to get ready to show and the other is an older mare she uses on cows and around the ranch. Kelly is a true outdoor girl. In addition to her horses she enjoys water skiing, swimming, boating and hunting with her dad and raising calves and chickens. She will be raising a calf for the County fair.
Kelly will spend her reign during the 2012 year shadowing Miss Rodeo Florida Amanda Spence and the other Miss Rodeo Florida Queens. She will be appearing at schools, hospitals and anywhere else she can be of service. If you would like to book her for an event or sponsor her in any way, contact her National Director, Mark Kessler, cell 407-908-4218 or email kesslerodeo@aol.com. Donations are always appreciated.
"It will be an honor traveling to promote the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and the Miss Rodeo Florida Pageants. Rodeo has always been a very important part of my life. I'm thrilled to have the new responsibility of introducing others to the most exciting show on earth. I’ve always wanted to go into the arena and that’s why I entered the pageant. It was difficult and I was scared but I just kept thinking one thing, COWGIRL-UP! I ended up winning and now my dream has come true".
